We are issuing virtual shares allowing the virtual shareholders to participate in CREERPLAN OÜ financial success. A virtual share is an agreement between you and CREERPLAN OÜ that gives you the following rights:
Information right - regular updates on our business and achievements
Dividend-like payments - you will receive payment if our actual shareholders receive dividend on their common shares
Company sale payment - you will receive payment if our shareholders sell our company and receive cash for their common shares
Company liquidation payment - you will receive payment if our company is liquidated and our shareholders receive liquidation proceeds in cash for their common shares
